      Communication:

                              General Rules:

Microphone – A microphone is required to join the server. If caught without one you will be kicked and a ban may be issued until you can come on to Discord to prove you have a working microphone. To check your microphone is working press “n” (which is the default key for voice options in game).

Trolling – Trolling is not welcome and you will be warned only once.

Meta-gaming – Meta-gaming is not permitted under any circumstance: stream sniping is included.

Power Gaming – This involves using either game or roleplay mechanics to alter a situation so it best suits your desires. You must be willing to roleplay a situation to its fullest and not ruin the experience of others.

AFK – Do not go AFK for periods longer than ten minutes, you will be kicked. Repeated AFK offences may result in a ban or comserv.

RDM – Random Death Match. An interaction with a player must be established before you can kill someone and a valid in character exchange. (Verbal Threat first) (Aiming isnt initiation)

VDM – Vehicle Deathmatch. Running over others is not acceptable and will result in comserv or a ban. You can run someone over if they pose a threat or you have a sufficient character reason to do so. Police may pit manoeuvre with reason.

Breaking Character – When in-game, you must never break character unless spoken to by an admin ooc. DO NOT MENTION RULES DURING AN ACTIVE RP SCENE – there are no exceptions!!!!!

Combat Logging – Combat Logging will never be tolerated and will result in a 3 day ban.(edited)

TOS - Must follow TOS when playing on this server. Do NOT Hot Mic (You CAN say "Retard", spamming it will result in a kick.) (You can say "nigga" but not hard R)

WhiteListed Clothing - ALL gang clothing is whitelisted and is ONLY for the permitted gang. (If a player is caught in whitelisted gang clothing it will result in a warning, kick, or ban)

If you falsely chargeback on a donation, it is a PERM BAN.

BlindFire - No blindfiring behind cover in any situation.

Exploiting - No abusing "/takehostage" "/carry" "/piggyback" (I.E to fit an extra person in your car) (I.E taking someone out of GZ)
NO (Fast collecting drugs) (Shooting while having hands in the air) (Having a weapon out while hostage) AT ANY TIME. 

Death Running - A player isnt allowed to sprint in circles before a shoot out, they must RP without running. 

Revenge RP - Refer to New Life Rule (I.E Someone killed you and you want revenge after) 

New Life Rule - A PLAYER MUST FORGET EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED IN THEIR LAST LIFE AFTER RESPAWNING. (You are not allowed to do criminal activity for 10 minutes or return to the same location you died at)

Driving/Road Rules - NO Cop Baiting, Unrealistic Driving, OFF Road Driving (unless player uses permitted vehicle), and RVDM. (These will result in comserv or ban if abused) 

Green Zones - No killing in greenzones, it results in a hour ban. See #💚green-zones (This includes punching) 

Kill On Sight: You cannot kill on sight in any situation you must initiate role play for at least 2 MINUTES!, You must also threaten to kill them before actually doing it. (Red Zones are the only place KOS can take place)

Blacklisted Clothing: Helmets, and bullet proof clothing are prohibited at ALL times. 

Life Value - You must value your life at all times. (I.E outnumbered at gunpoint by 3 or more; you need to fear for your life)

No Dressing up as a cop if you are not officially one.
You cannot steal an RP Situation (I.E You can't steal jewlery store if another gang is already going to rob it)

                       Drug Locations:

 Drug Loc Rules -  You cannot tax Multiple locations, Pick One! You can turn taxing into robbery or a murder! No Drug Exploiting, if you leave a drug location you do NOT need to reinitate if there is an active shootout.
 Do not abuse the teleporting in to drug locations. (Going out/inside during shootout) 

                       Robberies:

Hostages - No Fake/False hostages, you cannot have a fake/false hostage, or a hostage "in on the robbery". (You can only have a hostage for a maximum of 20 minutes)

Stores - Only 1 store can be robbed at a time! No consecutive store, jewelry or bank robberies, must wait 15 minutes after finishing one. (No outside shooters allowed for store robberies)
You are not allowed to respawn in active RP Situations, you may only respawn after officers have left and searched you already.

Jewelry / Banks - Must stay at the Jewelry heist till heist is completed. You must announce that you have an outside shooter to police.
1 outside shooter allowed for Jewelry Store Heist.
2 outside shooters allowed for Bank Heist.
You are not allowed to respawn in active RP Situations, you may only respawn after officers have left and searched you already.
You cannot steal an RP Situation (I.E You can't steal jewlery store if another gang is already going to rob it)

Player Robberies: You cannot force a hostage to withdraw money from the bank.
You can only rob someone every 10 minutes. (ENFORCED)
Max amount of money you can rob/scam someone for is 150k.( DO NOT TARGET ANY SPECIFIC PLAYER)

 

 

                    EMS:

You cannot kill EMS in any situation!
You cannot steal EMS vehicles!

Intiation Rules (New): You must give at least 10-15 seconds MINIMUM when robbing someone, not "100k or your dead in 5 seconds"

If you do a wager or any thing relating to it, you cannot scam irl money for it! If you do a $100 3v3 locked, and you lose, you have to pay that or its a perm ban.

A whitelisted gang can announce a "war or kos" THIS MUST BE POSTED IN LOD DISCORD by a @- Gang Leader and can only last for one restart! Both gangs must agree and post in #🤘gang-events before doing so!

UPDATE: no more /th in redzones this will be considered exploiting. Reminder, you will be kicked for abusing /carry or /th.

You cannot sell any gang in the server for irl money or it is a permanent ban. If you buy a gang off of someone and they are not Chills or Suede, then you are getting scammed and we take no responsibility for the loss of your money.
